SUDO-CO CNG Refueling Nozzle NGV1

The CNG refueling nozzle is used for refueling in CNG stations. For safe and comfortable disconnection of the nozzle at the end of refueling, the gas trapped in the nozzle should be discharged. SUDO-CO 3-way valve make this possible in external assembly

Type 1 nozzles include the combination of the gas discharge valve with CNG refueling nozzle in one shell and Type 2 and 3 nozzles use an external three-way valve to discharge pressure. Both groups of nozzles comply with the international and national standards for CNG fueling nozzles, including ISO 14469 and ISIRI 10705, and each of them can be selected to be used in CNG stations.

SUDO-CO nozzles have been welcomed by CNG station operators in the country for the following facts:

• The use of “spherical balls” or “flat jaws” to provide a locking mechanism between the CNG nozzle and the vehicle filling valve, which are also two safe and sensible methods adopted by other world-known suppliers. However, comparing the performance of the products by SUDO-CO designers indicates that the locking mechanism provided by “spherical balls” leads to more satisfaction in terms of reduced gas and environmental pollution due to having such options as self-cleaning and easy washing during periodic services.
• The presence of moisture, acidic substances, and other contaminants associated with gas causes corrosion of aluminum parts and carbon steels. The use of stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials to produce SUDO-CO nozzles has prevented any premature erosion and disruption of operation.
• Designing, selecting and applying suitable gas sealing elements with the best quality from the top manufacturers of such elements in the world.
• Using polyurethane with a special grade that is “resistant to petroleum products, abrasion, shock, and other damages caused by climate change” in the nozzle handle has increased the lifespan of this product in harsh conditions.
• The ergonomic design of this product is such that the operator can use it easily with only one hand.
• The proper length of the nozzle in comparison with similar products and easy connection of the nozzle to filling valve installed in non-standard CNG converting of the vehicles make it compatible with almost all domestic converted vehicles.
• The design and technical features of the internal parts of SUDO-CO nozzles are so that they can be used without the need for an independent filter, and the gas passage does not cause a decrease in refueling speed (in Type 2; Fast filling DN8).
• The existence of an active customer service center with the necessary equipment and original spare parts, in addition to cost-free support for products in the guarantee period, ensures support with fixed prices after this period.
• Long lifespan of nozzle parts, which is the result of nearly ten years of experience of successful use throughout the country in various conditions.
• All “strict tests” corresponding to the international standards (ISO14469) and the national standards (ISIRI 10705) have been successfully passed and validated by the Iranian National Standards Organization.
